Work From Home & Gain Perpetual Income From Your Business ~ The 'Numbers' Game
It's quite achievable to work from home and earn perpetual income from your business. And what's more, it can become very decent income, that just keeps feeding your bank account, month after month. So what's the low-down?
Well, a solid business idea that capitalizes on this opportunity is to build a number of small sites from home…
One Site At A Time…
In the last few posts, we've been exploring the C-T-P-M strategy. But where many people go wrong, is that they don't plan far enough into the future. Don't stop at one…
Plan to build a few, good quality, content-based sites.
Not all at once, of course:
Focus on one site until it's reached a point where you're happy with it, before moving on to the next.
By that time you'll probably have a fair idea of what you want your next site to be about.
This is so important, it deserves repeating!
Focus on building one site at a time, until it's reached a point where you're happy with it, before moving on to the next. By that time you'll probably have a fair idea of what you want your next site to be about.
Let them each become authorities in their own little niches.
Let each site start receiving its own fair share of traffic (and income) before moving onto your next. Your collection of sites can form a little empire, from which you can depend on receiving a nice, long-term income.
A Numbers Game…
By building a number of sites, you'll be building your traffic numbers. And when it comes to online business, it's all a numbers game…
How many visitors do you need to get to your site, in order to make £X amount of money?
Say you know that around 1% of your visitors (for example) will buy something. Or say you know that X% are likely to click on an advert, and you want to make $15000 per month (for example - your goal could be much, much more or much, much less). How many visitors do you need to get per day?
The answers will depend on many factors, including how profitable your niche is, and how well you 'presell' (remember 'P' in C-T-P-M?). But my point is that…
…. numbers talk.
How many visitors do you need to attract in order to make £X per day? That will depend on your own individual scenario: your financial goals, the niche/s you choose, and so on:
If you have conservative, relatively low financial goals (a small second income for example), then you may find that one site is enough, even if it doesn't target a very profitable niche.
But if that's not why you're here - if you want to make a sizeable income, then you may have been wondering just how you could achieve it all, just through one C-T-P-M site: Surely there would be an element of hit or miss? What if you worked on building one, huge site for what seems like an enternity, and it just didn't make the money you were hoping for? If this sounds like you, it certainly can ease the pressure if you remember this:
You can probably do it more easily by building a number of smaller C-T-P-M sites instead.
Instead of hoping you'll strike it lucky first time around and expecting to make all your fortune from that first site, expect to be in it for the longer haul. This outlook can certainly take the C-T-P-M business idea and turn it into an opportunity that any small, home business owner can strive to create, with great results. Be aware that you can probably achieve financial success far more easily by building a number of smaller C-T-P-M sites.
This way, you can indeed work from home and create perpetual icome from your online home business.
