Recommended Affiliate Directories On Which To Base Your Business At Home ~ Easy To Join
There are lots of affiliate directories on the internet. The key is to find a good affiliate network base. Easy, right? Well, unfortunately, some affiliate directories are better than others. So this post aims to recommend a few of the best.
Before we continue though, if you have not read the free ebook (online affiliate guide for home businesses) then it's a good idea to check it out here…

So without further ado, let's begin…
What Are Affiliate Networks?
Affiliate networks are web sites that showcase lots of different affiliate programs from different merchants, all under the 'same roof' (metaphorically speaking).
One bonus is that you can sift through affiliate programs that cater for your chosen niche, and have access to lots of interesting statistics. For example, affiliate networks will usually tell you which affiliate programs produce better results, and so forth.
Choosing affiliate programs that belong to the same network can also have the great advantage of more frequent payouts:
Most standalone affiliate programs (and affiliate networks for that matter) have minimum levels you have to reach, before they send you payment. But when you sign up to an affiliate network and join a number of their affiliate programs, all the commissions you make are usually put into one balance. So this way, you may actually reach your minimum payout level quicker…
Usually, the standalone affiliate program (or affiliate network) pays you periodically, so long as your commission has reached their minimum payout level for that period. If not, your balance is carried over until you make enough to be eligible for payment.
So if you are promoting a number of affiliate programs from one network, it may be easier to reach your minimum payout, more quickly.

Examples Of Affiliate Directories?
- Affiliate Future: What I like about this network is that it showcases merchants that really have original products and services. Finding something original and different is half the battle when it comes to perking your visitors' interest. And so affiliate future is definitely worth joining if you plan to get into affiliate marketing. [Visit…]
- Clix Galore: Another affiliate network with an interesting showcase of merchants. [Visit…]
- Affiliate Window: A UK-based Affiliate Network. Very nicely laid out
At the time of writing this Affiliate Window state that a £5 GBP charge is made when you join. According to Affiliate Window, this charge is credited back to approved affiliates immediately. But hey, terms and conditions can be changed at a drop of a hat. So this rule may have changed by the time you read this. It's always worth double-checking to make sure. This rule did not exist when I joined their network, so I can't really give you an insight on this unfortunately.
Bottom line?
Worth joining but make sure you have a good quality site, of at least 20-30 content pages, before applying. [Visit…] - ClickBank : A favorite because they tend to have much, much higher commissions than the others. This is because all of their merchants sell digital products (ebooks, ecourses, audio files etc). There are far less costs involved in selling digital products (as opposed to hard goods), and so the savings they make are passed on to the afffiliate. To find out about their affiliate program, click on the link and then click on 'promote products' at the top. [Visit…]
NOTE: As you may remember, selling 'egoods' (otherwise known as digital products) is another great way of 'monetizing' your site.
If you want to make money by selling your own 'how to' ebook, for example , then ClickBank can be a great service for processing your orders and accepting payments on your behalf.
But ClickBank's strength lies in the fact that you get your own affiliate program when you use them. So you can work on recruiting your own affiliates to promote your product. There is much greater strength in numbers, so using ClickBank in this way is a great, cheap, option for promoting your egoods.

So there you go - a few affiliate directories, which can help you base your business on profitability and success. Easy!
